Refund policy

Exchanges: you can exchange any item within 14 days of delivery for a different size or colour. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags. For size or colour exchanges, the customer covers shipping.

Damaged or wrong items: if your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, we replace it or refund you in full and cover the shipping.

الاستبدال: تقدر تستبدل أي قطعة خلال 14 يوم من الاستلام بمقاس أو لون تاني، بشرط ما تكونش اتلبست أو اتغسلت وبالتيكت. شحن الاستبدال على العميل. لو القطعة وصلت بعيب أو غلط، بنبدلها أو بنرجع فلوسك والشحن علينا.
