Refund & Cancellation Policy

Exchanges

You can exchange any item within 14 days of delivery for a different size or colour. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags. For size or colour exchanges, the customer covers shipping.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged, defective or wrong, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will replace it or refund you in full and cover the shipping.

Order cancellation

You can cancel your order or change your delivery address at any time before it ships, at no cost. Message us on Instagram @911thebrand or email nineoneonewrld911@gmail.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped it can no longer be cancelled, but you can still exchange it within 14 days of delivery.

Refunds

When a refund is approved, it is returned to the payment method you used. For cash on delivery orders, the refund is paid back in cash or by bank transfer or mobile wallet, as you prefer. Refunds are processed within 7 working days of approval.
